Orkestriq is an event management platform for conferences, AGMs, summits, awards, exhibitions and corporate events across African markets and the UK. One platform runs delegate registration, QR badge check-in, visa and invitation letters, delegate communications, an AI assistant and live analytics, so an organiser works from a single delegate list instead of stitching separate tools together.
What Orkestriq does
Every delegate gets a web portal that installs to their phone like an app, with no app-store download. It carries their QR badge, schedule and event updates, works offline when venue Wi-Fi drops, and reads in English or French. Organisers register delegates, brand the portal, generate visa and invitation letters, check people in by scanning a QR badge, broadcast updates, and follow attendance on a live dashboard.
Who it's for
Orkestriq serves event organisers running conferences, summits and corporate events, with a focus on African markets and the UK. It handles the conditions those events bring: patchy venue Wi-Fi, international delegates who need visa-support letters, and bilingual English and French audiences.
Why we built it
A conference secretariat usually juggles a registration tool, a badge printer, a spreadsheet for the delegate list, and visa letters typed one by one. Change a delegate's name and you fix it in four places. Orkestriq puts registration, badges, check-in, letters, communications and analytics on one delegate list. Change a name once and it updates everywhere.
