Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026  ·  Version 1.0

1. Our approach

Orkestriq uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are essential to sign you in, keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember basic preferences such as your language. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics/tracking cookies.
Because these technologies are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested, UK PECR and equivalent EU rules do not require prior consent for them. The banner we show is therefore informational. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

2. What we store

ork_cookie_okLocal storage (essential)Remembers that you have seen the cookie notice so it isn't shown againPersistent

Attendee portal token (in URL/local storage)EssentialGives an attendee access to their own event portalFor the event lifecycle

3. Third-party resources

Our pages may load web fonts from Google Fonts. When this happens, your IP address is shared with Google to deliver the fonts. This does not set advertising cookies. To avoid this transfer entirely, fonts can be self-hosted.
To verify before launch If you self-host the Inter / DM Serif Display fonts, you can remove the Google Fonts reference and delete this section. Confirm no analytics or marketing scripts are added to the public pages without updating this policy and adding a consent mechanism.

4. Managing storage

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing essential items will sign you out and reset your preferences, and some features will not work without them.
